Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and project. Any delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Warranty and Liability

Workmanship Warranty: Davenport Construction LLC provides a warranty on the workmanship of its projects for one year from the completion date. This warranty covers defects in labor but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.

Limitation of Liability: Davenport Construction LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific project or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to keep confidential any personal, financial, or proprietary information provided by you during the course of the project, except where disclosure is required by law or for project execution.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Davenport Construction LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your actions or failure to comply with these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the customer terminates the agreement before work is completed, the customer may be required to pay for services rendered up to the termination date, including any materials or resources already purchased.

In the event of a dispute between you and Davenport Construction LLC, the parties agree to resolve the dispute before resorting to legal action. Any disputes not resolved through this method shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Third Judicial District of Idaho.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Davenport Construction LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
