I’m Rich Davenport, owner of Davenport Construction in the Treasure Valley. I’ve spent 17 years in construction, starting as a laborer working across the trades and moving up into project management and estimating on large, complex residential projects, including major rebuilds. Working on large loss insurance repair projects in a demanding code and permitting environment gave me a close understanding of how projects are planned, scheduled, and inspected, and what it takes to keep one on budget.

I started Davenport Construction to give homeowners a more direct experience: one person who walks the job, writes the scope, coordinates the trades, and answers the phone. I specialize in bathroom remodels and also take on kitchens and whole-home updates.

I take pride in clear communication, accurate estimates, and careful finish work. If something unexpected comes up behind a wall, you’ll hear about it from me early, with options.
